Oolong is a partially oxidized tea that stands „between“ green and black tea, and precisely for this reason it can be incredibly diverse – ranging from lightly floral to gently roasted, nutty notes. It is excellent for slow sipping, often capable of multiple infusions, and pairs beautifully with chocolate when you want something elegant and not too intense. If you are new to oolong, try shorter steeping times and gradually extend them – the flavor will change infusion by infusion.
