The Venchi chocolate house has a tradition spanning over 130 years and ranks among the most esteemed Italian manufacturers of chocolate and pralines. The company was founded in Italy in 1878 by Silvano Venchi as a small family business. From the very beginning, exclusive recipes and premium raw materials have been key for Venchi. Every ingredient is carefully selected, from cocoa from Venezuela, Ecuador, or Africa, to hazelnuts from Piedmont or almonds from Sicily. The chocolate house uses only natural vanilla, not vanillin or vanilla extract, and its products contain no preservatives, colorings, or genetically modified ingredients (GMO free).
Among its most famous products is the Giandujotti line, based on chocolate with Gianduja hazelnut paste or whole hazelnuts originating from northern Italy's Piedmont region.
