High-percentage milk chocolate with a high content of premium cocoa beans from Vietnam. The distinct chocolate flavor is softened by a small amount of milk and sugar. It represents an intermediate stage between milk and dark chocolate, known in English as dark milk chocolate. Vietnamese beans carry notes of citrus and cinnamon, which are also perceptible in this milk chocolate.
